The office is located at 1300 West Belmont Avenue, the northwest corner of Lakewood and Belmont in Chicago. 

 

There is metered parking available in front of the building on Belmont and on Lakewood. There is non-metered parking on surrounding side streets (be sure to read all parking signs thoroughly before parking).

 

The office is also easily accessible by CTA. The red, brown and purple lines all stop at the Belmont station, which is approximately five blocks east, at Sheffield and Belmont. The #77 bus stops in front of the building.
